One-Year Warranty
In a world of disposable products, we’re committed to making items that last. Our products are crafted with care by skilled artisans, and we hope that dedication shines through in everything you receive from us. While we take every step to ensure quality, we acknowledge that occasional issues may arise.
Our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering material and manufacturing defects, such as issues with rivets, locks, and other hardware. This warranty is valid when the product is used under normal conditions and does not apply if damage occurs from unreasonable wear, neglect, personal contents, or if the product shows standard wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty is only applicable to products bought directly from our online store and excludes items marked as Final Sale, which are non-returnable and not covered by this warranty.
We will repair items when possible, contingent on the availability of required parts and materials. While we strive to match the original color and style during repairs, exact matches may not always be possible. If a repair isn’t feasible, we will offer a replacement or, if unavailable, issue a store credit for the product’s purchase price. For items purchased from third-party retailers, please contact them directly.
Return Policy
Returns must be in new and unused condition. They need to be received at our warehouse within 30 days from date of receipt for a refund. Store credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days and up to 45 days from the date received.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after 45 days. There are no restocking fees. The original shipping charge is not refundable. Gift returns will be processed as store credit only. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges.
A prepaid shipping label will be provided for ALL exchange requests (International Orders Excluded). We also offer discounted return labels for purchase if needed. Please note, if you would like to use the carrier of your choice, that is an option as well.
